We just used Mike's Knot Just Ribs at our Open House this past weekend
at Peoria Siding and Window. I cannot say enough great things about
Mike and his company! The food was excellent, Mike is so easy to work
with, very organized, and the serving trailer is awesome. I would
highly recommend Mike's Knot Just Ribs!

As a surprise for my 70th birthday, my wife hired Mike's company to prepare a catered feast for 30 friends and relatives at our lake home. As usual, the food was outstanding and every detail was addressed to our satisfaction. We had the opportunity to work again with Mike and his professional staff when we hired them to cater a dinner for 80 members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Pekin in celebration of our Pastor's 35th year in the ministry. Mike catered a cookout during the summer at my house for my fraternity friends and all of our families. The food was wonderful and he took care of every detail for us. All of our guests raved about the food, and it made the party much more enjoyable for us. I would highly recommend him for any catering event.September 25, 2012
